Mammoth Community Water District's (MCWD) summer construction projects are wrapping up for the season and crews are transitioning away from construction toward routine maintenance and preparing for winter.

In Progress:

• Air Relief Valves - MCWD crews are currently modernizing air relief valves across our system. Each assembly is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and any outdated components are upgraded to current standards.  Crews anticipate replacing 2-3 more air relief valves before concluding summer construction.
• MCWD has hired a contractor to install permanent hot mix asphalt pavement patches on all the impacted pavement from this summer's construction.  This work is mostly completed but may extend until the end of the Town's paving window, 10/15/25.
