Our Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) enables MCWD to alert you if there is water consumption at your property that exceeds the thresholds that you set.  Setting up these alerts can not only save you money on your  water bill but can also prevent damage to your home and help conserve water.

The alerts available include:

Daily and Monthly Consumption Threshold Alerts
Vacation Threshold Alerts

How to Setup Water Usage Alerts

1. Login to or register for the MCWD Customer Portal.  To view a short video that will guide you through the customer portal registration process, see below.
2. From the menu on the left, click on Consumption
3. In the Usage pane, click on Manage Alerts
4. Use the toggle switches to indicate whether you would like to receive alerts via email, text, or both
5. Toggle on each type of alert you would like to receive and set thresholds
